Get Involved

Interested in getting involved? The best way to do this is to join your HAND local! HAND formed neighborhood locals earlier this year as a way to better connect and organize neighbors based on the part of town they live in. Each group is led by a member of HAND and are developing based on conditions of their neighborhoods and concerns of their participants. There are currently four locals: West/North Eugene, University Area/South Eugene, Whiteaker/Downtown Eugene, and Springfield. Some of the locals are beginning to have meetings that are open to the general public, you can find those meetings listed on our upcoming events page. You can also get involved with your local at our Mass Meeting, held every first Tuesday of the month (more details also on our upcoming events page), or by sending us an email at contact@eugenehand.org
